Conditions of Purchase:
All prices are exclusive VAT, ex works, Denmark. If you require deliveries outside of Denmark but within the EU, please make sure to type in your VAT number.

VAT:
Orders within EU please remember to advice your VAT number. If not registered, we have to bill you the Danish VAT: 25 %.

Freight:
The freight charges will be added on the invoice. The charges will depend upon total weight and volume of the shipment.
All deliveries will be sent to you within two working days upon receipt of the order (in Denmark by GLS).
The estimated delivery times are as follows: Within Europe: 2-5 days. Rest of the world: 4-7 days.
If your order exceeds EUR 10.000 please contact us in order to make the proper means of transportation.

Out of stock:
If an item or size is out of stock you will not be able to order it. In that case please contact Winther Winther on e-mail nirasshop@wintherwinther.com

Exchange or claims:
Please contact Winther Winther on e-mail info@wintherwinther.com before shipping the goods.
When returning items must be packed in the original package and shipped to the following address:
